Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Products returned without their original packaging where the packaging is required for safe resale.

Refund Process

  4. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We may request photos or other information to verify the issue and arrange a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • If a return is requested for reasons other than a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by Alpha Stainless Steel, we may cover the applicable return shipping costs.
